3 Weekly Goals to Maximize Fat Burning

exercise250 3 Weekly Goals to Maximize Fat BurningWhen you are working on losing weight or exercising to stay fit you want to have a weekly workout goal. When you stick to your goal you will find that you can burn fat faster. You will find yourself to be healthier than you already are. You may find that these 3 keys will help you with fat burning.

First you want to have a good aerobic workout once a week for a continued 60 minutes. Maintain a repetitious motion such as swimming, running, elliptical, or cycling. You want to keep steady for the entire 60 minutes so that your body will respond to the exercise and you will burn fat quickly. If you pause or stop to change what you are doing your body will stop burning fat until you get going again and may not burn the fat as fast as it would with a sustained aerobic work out.

For two days each week have a goal of adding a high intensity non aerobic workout. When you are working a low impact and high intensity exercise, you will burn more fat and fewer calories. This will help when you are worried about losing muscle while losing fat.

Finally, if you wake up at least five days a week and work out for 20 minutes before eating breakfast and starting your day, you will not only feel better every day, you will find it easier to hit your weight loss goals. You will also feel healthier. Exercising every day will help you have a clear head and feel better all day long.

You want to be consistent with working out while dieting and eating right. You should set weekly goals and change up the style of exercise while keeping the same intensity level to keep from getting bored or burned out.
